Royal Mail – UK Standard and Express are experiencing a reduction in service and delays.

DPD Next Day – UK working to normal service levels with 99.9% on time

Ireland, Europe & International – Typically seeing delays of a few days from normal levels.

All products are in stock and will be despatched same day when ordering by 2pm.

We have implemented best safe working practices and in accordance with government guidance are continuing to trade normally.

Returns – During this period we have extended our returns period to 6 months.

Orders received by 2pm Monday-Saturday will be dispatched the same day using your selected delivery method. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next day.

*Next day delivery is not available to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or Channel Islands.

 

How are UK orders delivered?

 

For UK mainland standard and express deliveries we use a Royal Mail service. Next day deliveries are sent using DPD.

 

 

How are international orders delivered?

 

International orders will be sent using Landmark Global, orders to the Republic of Ireland will be sent using DPD. Please note, larger orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes.

 

 

Can I track my order?

 

If you select the Express Tracked or DPD Next Day Tracked service you will receive an e-mail and text notifications regarding your delivery. Please contact us at customerservice@outdoor365.co.uk to request your tracking information when using Landmark Global.

 

 

Does the package need to be signed for?

 

Packages are scanned at the delivery point, and on selected services a signature may be required. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, a contact card should be left by the delivery person inviting the recipient to get in touch with them and reschedule a new delivery at a suitable time or providing a local pick up point.

 

 

Can I arrange a specific delivery date with you?

 

Yes, we are here to assist and will do whatever we can do make sure you receive the item at a convenient time. Please note that both timed and Saturday deliveries do carry a surcharge. If you require your order to be sent using a premium service, please contact us by phone on 0844 5678 365.

 

 

Our Packaging and The Environment:

 

All of the packaging we use is plastic free and can either be composted, reused, or recycled at home. We still receive a number of products from our suppliers wrapped individually in plastic, which means you may receive some of this in your parcel. By eliminating plastic from our own packaging, we are reducing our internal waste and using this as a platform to make suppliers stand up and take note. By getting in contact with the manufacturers and requesting changed we can reduce unwanted plastic waste even further, and we're already seeing improvements!
