5I bought this for my husband's 70th Birthday and had it engraved. I made a mistake with the engraving and contacted Swiss store who corrected it straight away and delivery was really quick. 5The Swisstool is fantastic. None of the chunky “look at me I’m so tough” image of the leatherman surge AND comes with the bonus it doesn’t cinch your hand when using the pliers. It even fits in the watch pocket of your jeans. Smooth to use, elegant to look at, comfortable to grip.
The case is great. Fits the wrench and bits. Quite stiff leather but as I’ve had these before you can expect 10 to 15 years of use from the case. Anonymous
