5Soon after ordering my toothpick, I recieved an email asking me to pay a further £3 (approx) handling charge. I ignore it and, happily, my order arrived as promised.
Clearly, some thief has access to your online orders, and I guess many customers may just pay up because the sum is not large.
Thought you should know, so you could report it to the police. I am sure you are not the only victims and attempted scams like that can harm your reputation.
