Bamix of Switzerland has produced a small and very versatile professional kitchen tool. Designed for quick and easy food preparation it can undertake a vast amount of kitchen tasks. With variable speed settings a multi-purpose blade, whisk blade and beater blade this tool can chop, blend, liquidise, mince, mix, froth, whip and whisk with total ease. The bamix gastro comes with a practical wall holder and a 200w heavy duty AC motor. The longer drive shaft can immerse in up to approximately 25 centimetres and handle large pots of 20 litres of liquid.
