I tried to call the listed telephone no, but the line is unavailable and despite trying a few times at my cost, I didn’t able to get thru!

5I had a similar model for 8+ years and it was perfect on a good many journeys, both to Sainsburys and Africa. It was a little bit bigger as I had a bigger laptop. It did a great job. When the bottom began to thin out (that's age) I needed a new one. This 16" was the best I could find after a couple of days surfing. I've had it over a month now and it appears to be as robust as the old model. It's worth 5 stars .. so far. Anonymous

5I am very happy about this purchase. This backpack is made of good material and design looks fabulous. The structure is well designed as well. I use it for bringing my tablet, laptop, my cards, chargers, water bottle, umbrella, documents, and there is still plenty of space free. Occasionally, I use it for bringing clothes change including shoes. Side pockets are very tight which is good in my opinion as they keep well-fixed my umbrella and water bottle, the latter 5-6 cm diameter (otherwise it won't fit in). Overall I am super happy about the money spent. Hope it will last for 2-3 years.Anonymous

5Good value. I stuck with the same brand after my last bag lasted 11 years before the zip broke

5The bag is exceptional and has handy compartments to make travelling easy.
The material itself is of very good quality and the bag truly stands out as a serious backpack.

It has a bigger central compartment which is wide enough for lunch box and a foldaway rain coat that I need for work and the other Laptop compartment is well padded and can fit slim a4 files in there as well.
