5It is some time dice I have used a sharpening stone, as I usually sharpen my fish filleting knives with an electric sharpener. However, since the stone was a free gift, I tried it and it restored the edge to my knives remarkably quickly. The combination of grits is just right. I am very impressed.GEOFFREY PRANKETT
