However I thought I was ordering from the genuine Swiss army company, instead I got a poorly engraved product with the wrong font used ! as this was a gift for my daughter I did not have time, or to be truthful, the energy to get in touch to argue the toss. In future I will go straight to the genuine Swiss army shop.

5This was a last minute idea for my 25 year son. Christmas sorted but saw a whittling book which was so lovely but you need a knife!!!! Ordered the knife with the engraving option which turned out perfect. The knife is stunning, the engraving on the handle and the blade is a must. He has said the best gift we have ever given him. The service is fast very easy and excellent value for money, it is a shame that knives have such a negative reputation, it is only the people that use them for the wrong reason that create this . I have had a Swiss Army knife since I was 12 I am now 55 and never threatened anyone with a knife. Jason
